I Need Mobile Credit Card Processing

I have recently begun selling my handmade jewelry and handbags at the local flea market on the weekends. It is a wonderful way to spend the day, as you are outside in the fresh air and you get to meet all sorts of customers that admire your work. I can make a lot of money on a busy day, but I have quickly run into a pair of problems.

The first concern is a lack of space. I seem to have underestimated the amount of space I was going to need for all of my merchandise. So, I have decided to increase the size of my booth so I can accommodate more traffic in my area.

The second issue is that I can only accept cash at my booth. I have no way to accept credit card payments. My merchandise is very much an impulse buy for my customers. Many times, they come to the market with the sole intent to browse. Then, they discover my fantastic jewelry and just have to have a piece for themselves. Unfortunately, unless they have the cash on hand, I can't sell it to them. Therefore, we both lose. I don't make the sale and they miss out on the item they want.

Additionally, if there was a convenient way for customers to pay, they could buy my merchandise and get it noticed by their friends and family, who in turn could lead to more traffic to my business.

So, I am taking a closer look at a small business merchant account. This is the perfect solution for my small business, as everyone usually has a debit card or a credit card handy when going out and about. By accepting this form of payment, I can quickly make the sale and don't have to worry about holding an item for a customer while they go get cash. I can tell you that many times they do not come back to actually pay for the merchandise.
